Shopkuhoo does not offer cancellation, exchange or refund.  Please check the photographs & description thoroughly before purchase.

Unedited video proof of unboxing from the first envelope is required in cases of damage to the merchandise purchased.

Please send the unedited video proof via email within 48hours from the time of delivery.

The customer is expected to bear the shipping in case of returns.

Refunds are processed within 2-7 business days.
