[RARE] Wild Himalayan Forget-Me-Not Flower Kidney Hook Earrings

Wild Himalayan Forget-Me-Nots bloom once a year, for only a few weeks at peak monsoon, at elevation in the Himalayas. Unplanted and unfarmed, they grow wild, wherever the season and the slope allow.

Miss the window, and you're waiting until next year to forage. There's no fallback.

Even once you've found them, they don't press easy. The flower is barely a few millimetres across and is impossibly delicate, so thin it turns translucent the moment it meets resin. Picked a day too early or a day too late and the petals wilt or brown before they ever reach the layer. Timing isn't a preference here, it's the whole game.

Add it up, and a single pair can take a year to make, sometimes two, depending on when the flowers were found and how many layers had to be redone. It can't be rushed and can't be replicated on demand, which is why only a handful of pieces are made each year, and why there's no version of this you can simply reorder.

There's an old legend behind this flower. A knight, walking a riverbank with his lady, picked her a posy, but the weight of his armour pulled him into the water. As he was drowning, he threw her the flowers and called out "forget me not." It's stayed, since, a flower of romance and tragic fate.

What does "hand-sculpted" mean? Made without a mould, using 4 or more hand-poured resin layers instead of the usual 2–3. Each layer cures for about a week and is hand-buffed before the next goes on, with the botanical hand-positioned throughout. Nothing here is templated, and no two pieces come out the same.

NOTE : Each piece carries the natural character of the botanical it was born from. Because every piece is human made, with each one handled individually, small imperfections are bound to happen, things like minor air bubbles, slightly uneven surfaces, faint resin lines, tiny dust specks, or subtle colour variations. These are not flaws, but signatures of authenticity. Please review all photos carefully before ordering.
